I am very unimpressed. I want to support a Cdn magazine, but this is ridiculous. How long does it take to fix this issue??!? Why is Chatelaines customer service doing nothing about this problem? We all deserve at least an email from them apologizing for this error and to give us an update that they are trying to fix this, but nothing. Up until the recent app update I was enjoying my subscription but now I am two issues behind and I am very disappointed in how Chatelaine is handling this issue. I cant see myself continuing to subscribe to them given the their shoddy treatment of their digital subscribers.
