Cannot sign in

I just bought a subscription because this is an amazing magazine, but with the most recent update I cant sign in to access my subscription. Really disappointed that this seems to be a common issue and it still has not been resolved yet.

Forgets you have a paid subscription

Updates wipe out previously downloaded magazines. Server is constantly not available to re-establish account. Very frustrating. This app clearly has not been tested and is a waste of time.

Disappointed

Took a while to figure out why I couldnt log-in: -password has to be 8 characters which I didnt know until I went to the website to try and create my log-on profile. So, now Im in and downloaded the most recent edition, but I cant view many of the pages as it wont let me scroll down, only side to side. All this after Im sent the wrong subscriber number to start. I realize with trying to make improvements with technology there can be issues, but when it is at every step, I have to wonder about the testing that was done before the roll out.

Update issues

I recently updated my app to find out that my digital subscription disappeared! I can no longer access my magazines that I paid the yearly subscription for! This makes me very angry and I will NEVER recommend this App to anyone ever!

Disappointed!

I have had a subscription for more years than I can remember and have never been able to sign in!! Very disappointing!!!

Doesnt work

I subscribed to print version but cannot get access to digital version, also bought one as a gift for someone and cant access that one either. Something is wrong with this app.

Since the update

Since the update it has not worked and all of my past issues are not showing up and it says that the magazines are $3.99 each.they should not do and update to make it worse when there was nothing wrong with it before.

Doesnt work for print subscribers

I feel ripped off, I have a print subscription, signed in and I have to pay for all issues. This happened after the "updated" version and its been 2 weeks. Please fix this!

Tired of Rogers Apps

I have decided I am not going to renew any subscriptions to your publications...I have four! I cannot access the online versions as the app will not allow sign in. Every time there is an update, all magazines disappear and it is a pain to get them all downloaded again. Apparently, no one reads these comments either as these types of complaints go unacknowledged.

Restore purchases

Tried everything and cant restore previous purchases. Help!

after the most recent update, I cannot access any issues. The update also wiped out ALL previous issues! Not cool!

mandatory update

Agree with all the poor reviews for the latest required update - Cannot get anything , latest message is the server it is trying to connect to does not exist :( ... I hope they fix this soon

Not impressed

New app took several attempts to download. Unless I missed it there was no notice that all previously downloaded issues would have to be downloaded again. This is inconvenient and also takes several attempts. Have not been able to restore all prior issues and once again the app is saying that it will be 3.99 an issue. Disappointing and not worth paying for again. Not sure why the app was updated, have not seen any added benefits. I see others have had the same issues.

Chatelaine people, are you reading this!? Your print subscribers are telling you we cannot access our account anymore and download monthly copies since the update. I am not very happy. I really enjoyed the Ipad app.

Horrible customer service

I am very unimpressed. I want to support a Cdn magazine, but this is ridiculous. How long does it take to fix this issue??!? Why is Chatelaines customer service doing nothing about this problem? We all deserve at least an email from them apologizing for this error and to give us an update that they are trying to fix this, but nothing. Up until the recent app update I was enjoying my subscription but now I am two issues behind and I am very disappointed in how Chatelaine is handling this issue. I cant see myself continuing to subscribe to them given the their shoddy treatment of their digital subscribers.

still cant get my past issues

I downloaded the app, hoping that it would fix the past upgrade. It is now connecting and downloading the latest issue. However, I still cant get my previous issues and bookmarks from before.

Chatelaine frustrated

This is a useless app . They send instructions to download to ipad and enjoy the digital version but make it impossible after repeated tries, to access anything.
