Chatelaine has blocked my apps screen

Very frustrating, cant even download updates, I cant even close the chatelaine screen, it seems to be permanently frozen...very very frustrating, goodbye Chatelaine, Im done

No stars for you

Chatelaine can you hear me screaming. After emails and phone calls no resolution to my problem which is basically the same as the previous reviews. The last phone call the person I was talking to said she would have tech support call me, that was 5 days ago. Not able to download magazines. I lost all my previous downloads. Not likely to renew my subscription.

Chatelaine App very poor

Ive been trying for 2 months to update this app. I called tech support and was promised A return call. That was 2 months ago. No response to emails either. I expected more from Chatelaine. Wont be subscribing again. Dont waste your time on this one.

Ahhhhhh

This is not working for me at all. I downloaded three magazines, I can only seem to open one, and now I cannot get back to chatelaine to download more. This is just frustrating me.

No access to past issues

I had to delete the app and reinstall the app, and now I have no access to past issues!! Its telling me i must purchase the past issue for the last 3 years for $3.99 each!! Please fix this as I had things bookmarked and saved! Updated the app today and have still lost all issues from the last 3 years and no way from the looks of it to get them back!!!

I had to sign in again (and did not realize before buying an extra issue) but other then that the app is really nice!

Dreadful!

I paid for the subscription only to be forced to see an advertisement every, single time I open the magazine. As soon as I find out how/where Im cancelling this subscription.

Lost all my downloaded issues

I really hate that when I did the last update, all of my previously downloaded issues disappeared. One of the reasons I purchased my ipad mini was so that I could have all my issues in one place. Now suddenly I could not sign in, it didnt recognize my email address, and when I sent a request for help, I had no response. So I dont have my previous issues and it seems I will have to create a brand new account to download any more. What a waste of my time. Im a long time subscriber to this magazine and this is a shoddy way to treat their customers.

Poor app

I cant even find the app on my iPad. I cant even access the beautiful front cover easily. I cant find issues that I downloaded.

Chatelaine

In August 2013 I purchased a year subscription and I have only received up to and including December issue. It is now May 14,2014. I can not find any updates for this magazine to download to my iPad. To say the least I am very disappointed and will never subscribe to any magazine online again.

I am no longer a subscriber to your magazine because of your extremely poor iPad app. Every time you do an update all my previously paid for issues disappear. Im now no longer able to access any of them, even though Ive paid for them! Your new web format magazine is awkward and frustrating to use (note Im an IT person, not someone unfamiliar with using technology here) and needs fixing. I am seriously not impressed, and frustrated enough to now not renew my long time subscription. This is not the first time your app has caused problems like this. Whatever you are doing, its not working. Please change your methods, other magazines that I subscribe to via iPad have no problems, maybe you could follow their lead?

Just wish it would show a page curl to give more feel of being a magazine. Or at least the option... First magazine has this and I love it!

Finally! I am so happy Chatelaine finally made the move to creating an iPhone app for their magazine. Love the videos, love the behind-the-scenes look at the photo shoot, its easy to use, and I love that I have it everywhere I go! Thank you Chatelaine!

Does not recognize subscription

Ive purchased a subscriptions and it shows in iTunes but does not appear in app. Tried reinstalling 3 times. Terrible experience.

This is infuriating

I have the print subscription for the year and have already reinstalled the app twice with no success. It allows me to make an account and sign in as a subscriber, but will not allow me to access my first months issue for free. It asks if I want to subscribe or sign in, I sign in and nothing changes, it just says Im Sinead in and the issue is $4.95. I give up. What a waste.

Really disappointed

Ive had a digital subscription for nearly a year with no problems. For some reason Februarys edition is not visible in the store or available to download in the library and I am getting NO support through iTunes or Rogers. I feel like Ive been ripped off and no one cares to even address it.

Great app!

Love this. I still get the hard copy of Chatelaine but being able to scan through things on my iPad provides instant access to online resources and additional information... and, I can carry it with me so much more easily too. :-)
