Not very user friendly when in the app to close one subscription and get to the next one. Way way too many 2 page ads between articles. If youre wanting people to use on a tablet, reduce those ads!
This could have been so different, so much better. What happened?
I have my Chatelaine on my iPad. I love that I can scroll through the article and avoid the ads. I also love having the full frame pictures with all the digital extras.
Every time I try to log in the app crashes. Tried deleting the app and restarting but that didnt fix the issue.
I log in and instant crash.
Since the last update, the app is not opening. Please fix it asap. Thanks
I keep getting this error message when I try to access the subscription required articles: "There was a problem contacting the server. Please try again later." Ive tried several times over the last week and still cant log in.

I have been trying for days to get this app to download. Something is definitely wrong with it. How do I get my money back? I wish I knew!
I had a problem downloading then found out I had entered the wrong account number. The problem though is that I was not informed that it was an invalid number, just got a pop up saying I could now download issues, then nothing happened. So obviously I thought the problem was with the app and not the number. Anyway problem resolved and it works great.
I have a print edition of Chatelaine magazine, and have tried without success to access the tablet edition. I keep getting error messages when I try to sign in, even though I enter my subscription number!
I am from the US not sure how I found this magazine, so glad I did. Great content fun extras and a great value. Recipes, decorating ideas are fresh and interesting.
I love the fashion and recipes.

Wouldnt update to reflect the subscription I bought. Followed all of the web site instructions. iTunes recognizes my subscription ownership but the app does not.
